Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Production or customization of the product has not yet begun.

Service Cancellations
Cancellations for scheduled services can be made under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
- The service agreement does not specify non-cancelable terms.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items and services are non-cancellable:
- Custom-built or personalized elevators and components.
- Installation services once work has commenced.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) after initiation.
